When you come into the theater, you have to be willing to say, “We’re all here to undergo a communion, to find out what the hell is going on in this world.” If you’re not willing to say that, what you get is entertainment instead of art, and poor entertainment at that.
Hey, y’all! I’m sorry for being so inactive lately, it’s just that a) I’m in the midst of rehearsals for a show (opens next week, super excited!) and b) Tumblr no longer works on my home computer, so I can only get on when I have the opportunity to steal someone’s laptop.
Hey y’all! I’m currently looking for more theatre stories and theatre/audition tips and advice to be sent in!
So, if I were to do a survey for all of you to take, regarding this blog and theatre in general, would you take it?
